Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser in which case Le Club AccorHotels will refund the Rewards points used by the member for the order in question. Under no circumstances may tickets be resold or transferred. No financial compensation will be forthcoming if the ticket is not used by the member. The La Collection by Le Club AccorHotels terms and conditions and the Le Club AccorHotels general conditions of use also apply. All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Tickets can only be ordered by members of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme. For each date, the dedicated website provides the following information: the type of ticket and full details (venue, event schedule, dates and times, etc.); and the number of Le Club AccorHotels Rewards points required to order a ticket or package. The number of tickets available to order is limited to 6 pairs with a maximum of two (2) pairs of tickets per member. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to the number of tickets available. If an order cannot be completed for whatever reason (due to an insufficient number of Rewards points, for example), the ticket in question will be relisted for sale on the website. The member of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties (Pro-Fid and a member) regarding the sale of tickets made available by Le Club AccorHotels via the website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the order. Le Club AccorHotels acts solely as an intermediary between the member and the organiser of the event in question, the KLM Open. Consequently, these general terms and conditions of sale only apply to the ordering of tickets and do not under any circumstances apply to the event itself. Le Club AccorHotels declines all liability in the event of the illicit use of a ticket. On arrival at the venue, the member and any guests may be required to show official photo ID confirming his/her identity (valid passport, driving licence, national identity card or residence card) in order to attend. Each ticket is solely valid for the venue, date and time for which it has been issued. The ticket will not be valid for use under any other circumstances. An order confirmation is sent by email within a period of eight (8) working days to the email address indicated by the member when placing the order. Once confirmed, another email nearer the event will be sent from LECLUB.UK@accor.com containing all details of the Elite Experience. All data supplied and the order confirmation email constitute proof of the transaction. The member consents to data being provided to the supplier solely for the purpose of this event.
